Site is extremely misleading, beware of making any subscription payments as I had 6 months taken from my account all in one lump sum, without any warning.

None. You get far better service from free dating sites.... Save your money

Subscriptions prices are very unclear

Poor customer service
Poor complaint procedures
Difficult to actually contact anybody by phone or email
Company definitely lacks any heart.....considering its a dating site
Impossible to claim any refund, once they've taken your money, you have no chance to get even a penny of it back
