other reviews shows this site in good light, however I have had an unfortunate experience regarding payment

i was charged near £3 for a trial, which i had agreed to - but this included a hidden subscription for £15 to another site! READ THE SMALLPRINT

cancelling the payment was even worse, as its a process where you have to actually call someone instead of an automated do-it-yourself form
