I called the Patent office in the US and inquired about their so called 'Patent' or 'Pending Patent'.
Turns out, there are NO PATENTS - PENDING OR ISSUED TO whatsyourprice.com, whatsoever.
The department asked me to lodge a formal complaint, which I did.
They are not investigating the matter.
