Absolute waste of time!
I have been single for a couple of years now and recently decided to get back into the dating game. I used POF but found a lot of the girls on there simply waste your time.
One day I thought to myself "wouldn't it be great to date some hot gamer". I thought since I am a gamer myself, we would have similar interests, so after a google search I found dateagamer.co.uk.
If you are here reading this and are thinking of joining, DON'T BOTHER! You are seriously wasting your time with this site. 99.9% of the girls on there are not gamers and surprisingly most of them are of a mature age (nothing wrong with that but not what I was looking for).
After scrolling through the profiles on there, I came to suspect (although I do not know for sure) that these profiles may have been created on another site and the site admin have ported them over. The reason I came to this conclusion was simply, why would any of these women be on here in the first place? None of them hint at a liking for gaming (not even a mention of Candy Crush). They wouldn't be the type to think to themselves "I know what I need in my life, a guy who enjoys video games". The site may boast a high number of accounts but how many of them are dud-accounts???
In conclusion, stick to the mainstream sites like POF, eHarmony, Match and STAY AWAY FROM DATEAGAMER.COM.

Best dating site out of a poor selection
I've probably been playing on Xbox Live since I was 13 so I would describe myself as an avid gamer.
I had been trying general dating sites for the past year or so until I came across sites that specialised in dating for gamers. I signed up to all of them (including date a gamer) and to anyone who hasn't tried specialised dating... just do it!! The men on the site were far more fun to meet up with and I had much more to talk about with them.
I've now been dating the guy I found on Date a Gamer for the last 3 months and I would hands down pick that site over the other various gaming dating sites due to their pricing and number of guys on the sites.
