Scammed for money I didn't authorise - Furious!!
They reapetedly send out "mails" from new members in your area. These are generic mails not personal-that give sit a bit of an impersonal feel, however after agreeing to a 7 day trial for £4.99, they took out a further £29.95 without my permission. The only way to get my money back-To call an 0800 number or write to them by post!
Pros
Non. Really angry and frustrated at being treated so badly. It's as near a scam as they can get legally I'd say.
